First of all, this PC is gorgeous to look at! It also is a very nice size for one or two people and for cooking all kinds of vegetables, small meals, etc.It is SO easy to use! I'd never used a stove top pressure cooker before and in less than five minutes I had all the information I needed to be able to cook on my range with ease and confidence.If you've used the old rocker-style cookers you'll love how completely quiet this unit is.
